Why am I blogging?

I have decided to start a log of ideas, meetings, happenings, and so forth as a way of organizing this process and of sharing my progress with others.

Up to now, my thesis has been a very personal, cerebral exploration, but the time has come to put my work 'out there' to see how people respond. Your comments and feedback will be greatly appreciated.
